Living in the hill country area is a unique experience. The lifestyle in and around the natural parks and water activities, the sunsets, the wildlife, the pace of life, the shopping, the entertainment, etc!!!! I LOVE living here and I want to help you and others to love it as well. I sincerely love what I do…I am in this business because I get to help generate a positive outcome when it comes to someone’s home and any challenges they may have.
I’ve been a licensed broker since 1998 and although I’m a recent transplant to the Hill Country area, I’m a native Texan, and wouldn’t think of calling anywhere else HOME! As your friend and neighbor, I want you to have the best experience possible. I am committed to delivering professional, ethical and trustworthy service.
I immerse myself in the community so that I truly know what it means to be your neighbor. In the Houston area, I was a member of the Seabrook Economic Development Corporation. I have also served as a State witness for Property Tax Reform and Relief here in Texas.
Wide range of experience:
I began my career in commercial property management in the 1990’s, having managed shopping centers and office buildings in and around the Houston area. I earned the highly respected CPM (Certified Property Manager) and CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) designations in those capacities.
My property management skills allowed me to evolve into running my own successful real estate investment, management and vacation rental business in the Houston and Canyon Lake areas for the last 16 years.
Since starting my own business, I have become a Certified Home Stager, a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) and most recently, a RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist).
I have helped many people not only buy and sell their own HOME, but also have extensive experience with an eye for profitable real estate investments and renovation/construction management. In many cases, these investments created top of the market home selling prices.
I have successfully invested, renovated, marketed and managed a network of vacation rentals and single/multi family investments the last several years in the Houston area and most recently the Canyon Lake area. I also have extensive experience and knowledge of 3rd party vacation rental listing platforms such as VRBO, AirBNB and the like. I know what it means to be a “super-host” and achieve those coveted 5 star guest reviews.
